Wesley Homes Community Health Services is a not-for-profit home health agency offering private pay home health care and custodial services in King, Pierce, Snohomish, Kitsap, and Thurston counties. Medicare certified home health services and therapies are available from Wesley Homes At Home for those who meet Medicare eligibility requirements in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties.

Medicare
Home health services are reimbursable when the client meets homebound criteria and when a physician orders services requiring intermittent skilled nursing, physical therapy or speech therapy. Wesley Homes At Home can assist in determining Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance coverage.
